And he continued on television from 1950 until his death of a heart
attack in 1954. Andy Devine then took over the show for another couple
of years, and "Smilin' Ed's Gang" became "Andy's Gang."
Thanks for the addition information. :)

Folks;
I posted most of this to the blog at [removed], but for the
handfull of you who don't watch everything posted [removed] ;)
While we're at the Cincinnati Nostalgia Expo, I will try to frequently
update the Twitter account at @CFSummers with comments, pics, and maybe some
short videos; if you have a Twitter account, follow me to get the latest. But
if you don't have a Twitter account, or maybe don't even know what the heck
Twitter is, you can still go to the Twitter website at:
[removed]
...and read the comments as I post 'em. (Honest, best way is to use
TweetCaster on a mobile device since the photos will appear in-line, but
that's just a personal [removed])
Also, depending on what happens and how things go, I may be using my Copy
account to share goodies too big for Twitter. Copy is that backup/sync/share
system I mentioned earlier this week. I wanted to sincerely thank those of
you who used the referrer link I posted to sign up - not only does everyone
signing up through that link get an extra five gigabytes of space (for a
total of 20 GB!), we get an extra five, too. So if you haven't, and are
thinking about a large off-site backup system for your photos or other files,
please consider using our referrer link:
[removed]
...and give it a try. No cost at all, it's easy to use, and if you find
you don't like it you can always uninstall.
Really hope to see some of you at the convention! Come find me and say
hello - I'll be the guy sucking down coffee all day long, following around
the red-headed kid everyone loves. ;)
