Subject: Partial List of Jack Webb Radio Credits
Hi. In addition to Dragnet, Jack Webb appeared in quite a few Escape
episodes. They are:
Operation, Fleur de Lys (07-14-47)
The Ring of Thoth (08-11-47)
A Shipment of Mute Fate (10-15-47)
Three Good Witnesses (01-31-48)
Jimmy Goggles, the God (03-07-48)
Log of the Evening Star (03-14-48)
Night in Havana (10-22-49)
Border Town (12-13-49)
Poison (07-28-50)
Poison is one of the best Webb shows and the best Escape dramas, as it
features Webb as the narrator along with William Conrad as a raging bigot
who is trapped in his bed by a poisonous snake in India.
Webb also appeared several times on The Whistler. Episodes include:
Hired Alibi (12-05-48)
Danger is a Beautiful Blond (05-08-49)
Perfect Alibi (06-12-49)
The Eager Pigeon (08-28-49)
I have Webb in an episode of Box 13 called, The Better Man from 01-02-49.
Also, Sam Spade, The Dry Martini Caper from 08-01-48. He's in an episode of
Suspense called, You Take Ballistics from 03-13-47. He also appeared twice
on the program Guest Star; The Portrait (02-10-52) and By Mere Coincidence
(06-21-53.)
People have already mentioned Pat Novak For Hire and Pete Kelly's Blues, but
Webb also starred in Jeff Regan, Investigator (aka, The Lion's Eye.)
I'm sure I've missed many of his radio appearances, but this is all I could
think of off the top of my head. Hope this helps.

Let's not forget The Lyon's Eye--Jeff Regan, Investigator. And there was the
quirky short-lived series in which Jack got a chance to show his versatility
in voice characterizations: One Out of Seven. Jody Davis
